Ingredients:
- One scoop White Peach Cooler Protein
- 1/2 apple
- 1 frozen banana
- One scoop super greens (see link below🥰)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk alternative or water
- Optional: Add 1/2 cup rolled oats for extra carbs! Remember carbs are good for you, they give you energy. So if your doing a lot of cardio or weight train it might be good to sneak in some rolled oat in your smoothie.
