🍑 Peach Cobble Protien Muffins

How delicious do these look? We added 25 grams of protien into the streusel of these muffins! 
Ingredients:
For the muffins: preheat oven to 375 F
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup white sugar
1 cups chopped fresh (or canned) peaches
1/2 cup whole milk
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the streusel topping: 
1/4 cup all purpose flour (or protien powder)
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
Divide muffin mix into muffin pans and top with the streusel. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes. ( Optional, you could also add streusel at the last 5 minutes if you don't want it as crunchy)
