Strawberry Watermelon Peach Mojito🍹🍓🍑🍉

Need something refreshing after a good workout?🥵

Try this smoothie! 

  • One scoop White Peach Cooler protein powder
  • 1 cup frozen watermelon chunks (about 8–10 1” cubes)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (about 6 large strawberries)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (or to taste)
  • 3 mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
  • 2–3 drops of Agave (optional)

Texture:

This smoothie is very light, refreshing, and watery. If you prefer a thicker smoothie I would recommend substituting the coconut water with a high protein Greek yogurt. Another option would be to freeze the coconut water in an ice tray before putting it in your smoothie. That way the smoothie has more of a slushy texture.

Health Fact:

Coconut water is a really good source of electrolytes. Plus they are good for your kidney and heart health. There are many other health benefits, but those are the main ones 😊
