Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 cup of frozen blueberry, banana, Greek yogurt mix
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • One and a half tablespoons of ground flaxseed
  • One scoop of collagen peptides
  • One scoop of White Peach Cooler protein powder
  • One cup of oat milk
  • Cinnamon to taste
